OSS # 151: Anger

Thoughts on Typo

I hate it when I mean "your" but type "you're" instead. Arrrgh! It's not that easy altering an image compared to editing text. Imagine after changing the typographical errors, the image have to be uploaded in at least 4 sites! The effort of correcting some mistakes is not worth it. So we'll stick with the mistake. And move on!

Side thoughts: Imagine saying to someone "Typo ka lang sa buhay ko!" (You're just a typo in my life!) Sweet.

it's okay to be mad. it's natural to be mad. her mom lied to her, but she's still little to understand these things. lesbo mom's caught in the middle.

But this is just the beginning. I'll bring Puypuy's anger to the next level in the next strip :)

"Typo ka lang sa buhay ko!"

...ummm, kaya pala mas mabuti na lang hayaan ang mga typo sa buhay mag co-exist kesa burahin dahil bottom line di naman ganun ka tindi ang epekto nila lalo't sa taong nakakaintindi kung ano ang careless/stupid mistake (basta hindi ito chronic hehe) kesa deliberate mistake.

sa kabilang panig naman, isn't it quite interestng how we would prefer to blame our carelessness before our efforts become the variables?

I think it depends on what's important to you. Some mistakes I can live with, some I correct and the rest I decide not to publicize. Hehehe.

I like that line, "Typo ka lang sa buhay ko!" although it seems as if someone else is typing the course of my life and made the mistake in the process.

When I type, it's like I'm dictating to myself and sometimes my fingers just automatically press the keys for similar sounding words, like boys and voice, and I also unconsciously make that error with your and you're. My error is all the more grave because I'm an English teacher.

I hope I don't ever get as mad as Puypuy!
